THE CORPUS; THE DOCTOR-ATE
the one who writes the doctorate, aspires to become doctor (why)
the doctorate aspires to eat its own work
to know the corpus
the doctor does not provide anything but an
imaginative space, through which a mind-body may become whole
(in the chrysalid of the work’s cadaver, a person might transform)
the doctor produces forms, that cannot,
do not, fit the current forms of the table (episteme)
the work is neither food, or not food
medicine or poison
(it is both)
to make a space for art that will not be explicated
at least not by the one who made it and unmade it
the work cannot be solved- it has no solution
no key
it is the solution
it dissolves
it is the combination- lock and key
outer-inner
a doctorate that attempts to undo language
undo grammar
reveal the doing-undoing
cannot be stable
it does not assist a stable table
rather disrupts, dissembles
revealing the table and its parts
the mechanics
the artifice
the joins,
the arms and legs of the operation
(but not for nothing)
